



Dr. Parke brings more than 19 years of experience to his private practice in
psychology. He began his practice in Massachusetts, where he provided
hypnotherapy for artists and other clients interested in using creativity to solve
problems.
He specializes in the treatment of relationship problems and stress related
symptoms. Dr. Parke also treats Post Traumatic Disorder, Depression,
Anxiety, Dissociative disorders, Phobias, and Chronic Pain.
Dr. Parke has provided psychological consultation for the Pain Management
Clinic at Stanford University, and is currently a psychologist on staff at the
Native American Health Center in Oakland, CA. He has assisted with hypnosis
research at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA one of the oldest and foremost
research and psychiatric hospitals in the U.S.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in fine art, a master’s degree in counseling
psychology and a doctorate in clinical psychology. Dr. Parke holds a
diplomate in pain management from the American Academy of Pain
Management and is a licensed psychologist in the State of California.
